6.Install CO detectors ONLY when required by city ordinance.
7.Always remove double cylinder deadbolts and replace with single cylinder deadbolts.
8.Replace ONLY broken Locking Knobs with Passage Knobs.
9.Only add security bar when required by code.
10.Never rekey overhead doors at my properties.
Always bring my properties up to Texas Property Code. – Use option C when keyless color is an issue, customer would rather combine a single and a keyless to have the proper color hardware to be used on his homes.
