Under the leadership of Owner and CEO Yessica Jennings, our call center operations have evolved by embracing new technology to better serve our tailored clientele, including Real Estate Agents and Property Managers. Yessica Jennings, aka Mrs. Rekey, CEO/Owner šŸ’«

A former registered nurse, Yessica Jennings joined Mr. Rekey in 2018 and has since worked tirelessly to evolve the company, embracing technology and refining operational processes to deliver 5-star service to our clients. Thanks to her nurturing leadership and dedication, Mr. Rekey, now a Rekey America Company, has remained strong and successful. Her husband, Kenneth Jennings, the founder, is now semi-retired.

In February 2025, Yessica obtained her real estate license to better understand the unique needs of our niche clientele: Real Estate Agents and Property Managers. She has become known as The Locksmith Agent for her deep insight into this industry.

Mrs. Yessica Jennings, AKA Mrs. Rekey, is a high-vibrational leader šŸ’« who inspires ā¤ļø love and respect in everyone around her. Her grateful, loving, optimistic, and joyful personality has made her a beloved 🫶 and respected figure within the company and beyond.
