While we are there, you may also like additional safety and security upgrades! *Prices apply only to generic/house brand hardware* **The Keypad price applies only to house brand keypads; any other brand/type will change the price. House brand keypads are the standard type, and they do not have Wifi capability. If a customer wishes to provide their keypads, we can install them during our visit.
Additional Property Management Platinum Services Available

- Rekey all exterior locks (including the door to the garage) to one of keys in our property management Key System.
- Supply and Install all necessary items to bring this property into compliance with the Texas property code (TX ONLY).
- Check all smoke alarms with smoke.
- Install new batteries in any unit that is chirping ONLY.
- Install new batteries to every smoke alarm unit, EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT CHIRPING (We do not guarantee battery life during our smoke checks. If the detector starts chirping after our visit, we will have to charge an additional trip charge unless you have us replace all batteries on the initial visit.)
- Replace all smoke alarms older than 10 years old.
- Replace any broken or non working locks making sure all locks are in good working order.
- Check and update all carbon monoxide alarms. Install if none present.
- Provide a fire extinguisher when missing or expired (Our policy is to mount the fire extinguisher inside the kitchen sink cabinet).
- I do not want any PM Platinum services at this time
*Items to bring this property into compliance with the Texas property code include one-sided deadbolts on each exterior door, door viewers where needed, check to make sure at least one door has keyed deadbolt; All windows to have a working latch; Patio doors to have a working latch and a pin lock; All bedrooms to have an operational smoke alarm and a smoke alarm outside of the bedrooms but in the vicinity of the bedroom and insure there is at least one on each floor.
