Hi, I’m Yessica Jennings – The Locksmith Agent 🔑✨

I’m a former Texas-registered nurse who made a bold pivot in 2018 to take over Mr. Rekey Locksmith. It’s been an incredible journey—from introvert to leading a team of 50+ amazing humans. The transformation challenged me in ways I never imagined, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.

Since stepping into this role, I’ve worked tirelessly to modernize the company—embracing technology, streamlining operations, and creating a 5-star experience for our clients. But none of it would be possible without my team. I’ve focused on building a high-vibrational community 💫 within the company, devouring books and leveling up as a leader to better support those around me.

Over the years, I’ve grown—not just professionally, but personally. I lead with love 🫶 and treat my team like family. I like to say I started as a pawn ♟️ and became a queen 👑.

Today, Mr. Rekey—now part of Rekey America—is thriving. My husband, Kenneth Jennings, who founded the company, is semi-retired and focused on real estate projects.

Outside of business, I’m also a proud mom to three amazing boys (ages 6, 11, and 16). And honestly? Out of all my kids, Mr. Rekey has been the most challenging to raise!

For over 30 years, Mr. Rekey has been the go-to locksmith for real estate agents and property managers. In 2025, I took that expertise further and earned my real estate license—not to sell homes myself, but to better understand and support my niche clients.

While taking real estate courses, something clicked: so many people have no idea how real estate actually works. Just like I once educated patients as a nurse, I now feel a deep responsibility to educate the public on homeownership.
